1 | can | (15 oz.) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained | |

1 | cup | spinach, shredded | |

|||
2/3 | cup | seedless grapes, halved | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | red bell pepper, chopped | |
|
|||
1/3 | cup | onion, finely chopped | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | mayonnaise | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | poppy seed salad dressing | |
|
|||
4 | pita bread rounds, halved crosswise | ||
|
|||
1/2 | cup | Swiss cheese, shredded | |
|
In a large bowl, combine garbanzo beans, shredded spinach, grapes, bell pepper, celery and onion. In a small bowl, stir together
mayonnaise and poppy seed dressing. Add to bean mixture; toss to coat. To serve, spoon the bean mixture into pita bread halves. Top with cheese.
