4 | pounds | baby back ribs, cut into 6- inch sections | |

1 | cup | molasses | |

2 | Tablespoons | cider vinegar | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | Dijon mustard | |
|
|||
2 | Tablespoons | dry mustard | |
|
Prepare barbecue grill.
In a medium bowl, combine molasses, vinegar and mustards. Place ribs on grill, meaty side up, over medium high heat. Cook for 1-1/2 to 2 hours, turning every 30 minutes. Baste with sauce during last 20 minutes of cooking time.
