3 | cups | tart apples, peeled and chopped | |

2 | cups | cranberries, fresh or frozen | |

1 | cup | sugar | |

3 | tablespoons | flour | |
|
|||
1 | cup | cornflakes, crushed | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | pecans, chopped | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | brown sugar, packed | |
|
|||
3 | tablespoons | butter, melted | |
|
In a large bowl, combine the apples, cranberries, sugar and flour; spoon into 2-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Combine the cornflakes, pecans, brown sugar and butter; sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until top is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
