1/4 | cup | cucumber, finely chopped | |

1/2 | teaspoon | dried dill | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | dried mint, crushed | |
|
|||
4 | pita rounds (large) | ||

4 | lettuce leaves | ||

6 | ounces | cooked chicken breast, thinly sliced | |
|
|||
1 | tomato, thinly sliced | ||
|
|||
1/3 | cup | feta cheese, crumbled | |
|
In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, cucumber, dill and mint.
Place pita round on a plate. Top with lettuce, chicken, tomato and feta cheese.
Spoon the yogurt dressing on top. Roll up pita bread; secure with wooden toothpicks.
Serve at once.
