Let the little ones help with this recipe
Yield: 18 servings

1/3 | cup | creamy peanut butter | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | cream cheese | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | sugar | |
|
|||
1 | egg | ||
|
|||
1 | pkg. | (18 oz.) fudge brownie mix | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | M&M peanut butter candies | |
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place baking cups in muffin pans; set aside.
Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar and the egg in a bowl with an electric mixer. Set aside.
Prepare brownie mix following package directions. Set aside.
Place 1 heaping teaspoon of peanut butter mixture in center of each baking cup. Fill the baking cups half full with brownie mixture. Sprinkle each with peanut butter M&M's.
Bake 25 minutes and cool before serving.
